Our Shuttle Service
We’ll gladly fetch you from the Meran railway or bus station – but you need to let us know so we can plan in advance.

Mandatory Deposit
A 20% advance payment of the total cost of your stay with us is required

Arrivals & Departures (check-in and check-out)
Arriving guests can take occupation of the apartment as from 3:00 pm. In case you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know so we can plan accordingly.

For arrivals: 6:00 pm (or later), kindly let us know in advance.

On departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 am.

(Sunday arrivals by prior arrangement only)

Farm Production
Though apples are our primary produce, we also farm pears, blackberries, raspberries, currants, persimmons, cherries, kiwis, apricots, peaches, grapes and plums. Vegetables and herbs are also cultivated on our farm. We also make derivative homemade fruit-based products: jams, etc.

Fresh Bread Service
On request, we’re happy to deliver fresh bread/rolls from the local bakery to your apartment in the morning. In addition to our homemade jams and fresh fruit juices. And if you so wish, you can also enjoy a breakfast buffet in our “stube”.

Final Cleaning
Final cleaning of our rooms/apartments is included in the booking price.

Friendly-family Ambience
At the Innermoarhof, not only do guests enjoy privacy and tranquillity, but you’re also surrounded by a friendly, family atmosphere. Since we live on the farm, catering to your needs and desires presents no problem.

Family Holidays
For guests with small children, we can supply cots, high-chairs, strollers, prams – as well as rucksacks. And there’s also a playground in our garden.

Breakfast Fuffet
Daily from 8:00 – 10:30 am in the breakfast-room. Coffee & teas served with fresh breads and pastries. Farm butter, homemade jams, honey, yogurts. Cold cuts and cheeses, etc. Breakfast costs € 15 per person extra (children under 10 years for free). At breakfast-time, you also receive daily hiking tips and the weather bulletin.

Our Garden
In front of our building, there’s a sunbathing lawn and a nearby playground, where a few domestic rabbits and cats roam around freely.

Guest cards
Upon arrival, you’ll receive a local guest pass entitling you to free public transport and numerous other discounts in the region

Fresh Towel & Linen Service
All apartments come with clean towels and linen.

Tourist Tax
On January 1, 2014, a Tourist Tax of € 0.95 per guest/night was introduced in South Tyrol, for the development and maintenance of local infrastructure. All hotels and other guest accommodation establishments are obliged to calculate the tourist tax. Children and young people under 14 are exempt. The Tourist tax is reflected on your final bill.

Guest Parking
Free parking in front of the building.

Cyclists
Guests bringing their own bikes, can park them in a garage with free charging for e-bikes. If you need to rent one, there are numerous rental facilities in the area with the latest brand-name bikes: road/racing, MTB, e-bikes, etc.

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited indoors throughout the establishment. However, you are allowed to smoke outside. Kindly always use the ashtrays provided.

Cancellation Insurance
Please take note of our cancellation terms. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen situation, you might be forced to suddenly change your plans and cancel your booking. To avoid paying costly penalties, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellations
If you do need to cancel your holiday, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can try to find an acceptable solution. Penalties are staggered, and do not apply to cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the start of your booking. However, if you cancel:

• 30 – 14 days prior to your booking, you are liable for 20% of the total amount;
• 14 – 7 days prior to your booking, you are liable for 50% of the total amount;
• 7 – 1 day/s prior to your booking, you are liable for 80% of the total amount;
• 1 day and less prior to your booking (or no-show), you are liable for 100% of the total amount.

Vegetarian & Special Dietary Requests
We’re glad to receive any special breakfast request. Just let us know at least the day before so we can plan accordingly.

Hiking and Biking
Our farm in Riffian is the ideal starting point for numerous hikes and mountain tours. As a service, we provide guests with route and excursion tips, and daily weather bulletins.

Fresh Towels & Linen
As part of our service, we provide quality bathroom towels, bed linen and kitchen towels.

Pure Mountain Spring Water
Crystal-clear spring water from the Passeier Valley flows through our water pipes. Excellent for drinking.

Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi throughout the premises.

Payment Options
We accept cash, debit/credit cards (EC card, Mastercard, Visa) and advance bank transfers. Please note that in Italy, cash payments may not exceed € 2,999.99 (per person).
